Altia continues to bet on quality as one of the most important tools in improving its processes and services to customers.

Altia continues to bet on Quality as one of the most important tools in improving its processes and services to customers. Proof of this has been shown in the recent audit carried out by AENOR last June, after which ALTIA obtained a certification of conformity from the Spanish National Safety Scheme on its information systems for: hosting (colocation, housing, dedicated hosting, virtual hosting), operation of managed services, administration and maintenance of information systems (hardware infrastructure, operating systems, databases and applications), data communications, and user support of these services following current policy.

The National Security Scheme (ENS) determines the security policy which is to be applied in the use of electronic media.

It establishes the principles and requirements necessary to adequately protect information and is applied to ensure access, integrity, availability, authenticity, confidentiality, traceability, and preservation of data, information, and services used in electronic media. Altia becomes one of the first private companies providing technology services to achieve said certification issued by an accredited body, taking a step further in its strategy of differentiation and commitment to quality of service.
