Purpose: Management of communications between users of the ethical channel of the Noesis group, the companies of the Noesis group, responsible for managing complaints and external authorities, if necessary.
Noesis is responsible for processing the data within the scope of the complaints presented, and it uses the information collected only to carry out investigations, to make the necessary communications for the development of the process to comply with legal obligations. Legitimacy: Compliance with legal obligation Addressees: (i)Noesis Portugal Consultadoria em Sistemas Informáticos SA (ii) the Noesis Group company that the complainant identifies in the complaint (iii) lawyers(iv) national and European authorities competent to investigate the reported violation if as necessary;
Rights: The Whistleblower, as the data subject, has the right of access to personal data concerning him, the rectification, the erasure after the retention period imposed by law, the limitation of the treatment, the right to oppose the processing (namely, treatments carried out based on the legitimate interest of Noesis), as well as the right to data portability, all in accordance with the legislation in force regarding personal data.
To exercise their rights, the whistleblower may contact the data protection officer (DPO) of Noesis, whose email address is privacy@noesis.pt.

The whistleblower also has the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (www.cnpd.pt) if he believes that the rights to his personal data have been infringed.
