DevOps and EUIPO
The UTE on which Altia participates has transformed the customer's support service and operations, initially based on knowledge silos, into a DevOps environment.
To this end, it has carried out a transformation of the services provided, with greater involvement in the early stages of projects, focus on automation, orchestration and continuous deployment, as well as an agile approach and with the aim of increasing the number of production start-ups with minimal impact on business and minimum error rates.
Goals
Transformation of an IT environment based on knowledge silos into a DevOps environment, allowing agility, control and tasks authomatization for customer services, working on reducing technological debt and transforming the different services to modern technologies and involving greater ease of support, maintenance and horizontal growth.
